Parenting in Partnership

In business, a partnership is a formal arrangement where two or more people or entities run a business together to make a profit. I like to think of my home as a business sometimes, and reflect on how best we can reach our family goals (profit) by working together. It is no good if everyone is on the shop floor working, with no one mentally/physically available to strategise or give oversight. Life can sometimes get so busy that we lose focus on the most important values and vision. If you are blessed to have a good life partner and child(ren), please listen and share your thoughts too.
