Description
Expectation can be exhausting. For many of us, we didn’t stop believing because we lost our faith—we stopped expecting because we were tired of being disappointed. Dimmed expectations felt like a safety net, but they've become a ceiling. In this session, we’re looking at why restoration requires us to lay down the story that says "it’s too late" or "you missed your chance." God is not finished writing your ending, and He doesn't need our help closing the chapter before He is done. The P.R.A.Y. Method for Reopening Your Heart:
Praise: We begin by praising Him for who He is, not just what He does. Praise is the recognition of His sovereignty before the breakthrough.
Repent: We repent of agreeing with the lie that our season of favor has passed.
Ask: We ask for the courage to expect again, even when it feels risky.
Yield: We yield our timeline to His, trusting that the Sower is still at work in the dark.
He is not finished. It's time to let go of the story that says He is.
