Jesus Christ: The Greatness of His Person

Pastor Shubert explores the prologue of the Gospel of John to establish the foundational truths of the person of Jesus Christ, emphasizing that He is preexistent, divine, and relational. Learn how a vibrant Christian life requires moving beyond mere doctrinal knowledge to a deep, personal acquaintance with Jesus, who is the central theme of all Scripture. Understand how attributes such as His role as Creator and His nature as the light of the world highlights Jesus' divinity as essential for salvation and how His incarnation demonstrates God's desire for intimate fellowship with humanity. We conclude with a call to cultivate a passionate desire for Christ, and urge believers to seek satisfaction in Him through daily engagement with His Word and presence.
