Ep 513. Pregnant, No Plan, and Betting on Herself ft Rakia Reynolds

This week, Shanti is flying solo, but she brought company, and fellow Sag Rakia Reynolds has stories to tell. The Skai Blue Media founder joins us to talk about quitting her job while pregnant with no plan, building a business from the ground up, and almost turning down Serena Williams because she had plans. We get into trusting your intuition, being a Big boss while neural divergent, questioning who planted that imposter syndrome in your head, and the exhaustion of feeling like you have to be twice as good to belong. Rakia shares what she wants Black women to stop carrying, gets honest about motherhood and ambition, and answers if her children want any parts of entrepreneurship. Join us.
