Hello, my name is Valeria. I am 23 years old, and I am currently studying Logistics Process Coordination at SENA. I graduated from high school in 2021. I also completed a technical program in Accounting, but I decided to explore other opportunities. In 2022, I studied Cabin Crew for three semesters. I learned about communication, customer service, teamwork and responsibility. I also studied English and French. Later, I started studying Logistics at SENA. I have also taken different courses because I believe that learning new things helps me improve. I started working when I was 18 years old. My first job was as a waitress, and later I worked as a sales advisor. These experiences helped me improve my communication and customer service skills. In 2023, I also started my entrepreneurship project, VEME. I create and sell accessories, especially satin products. I learned how to sew from my grandmother, and later I took a SENA course in pattern making and dressmaking. Currently, I work as a secretary in a union related to FENOCO, a railway company. I have been working there for six months. It has been a very positive experience because I have learned new things, taken on responsibilities and met new people and professionals. I believe that responsibility, flexibility and adaptability are very important in my academic and professional life. If I learn something new, I improve my skills and my performance. This is the zero conditional. If I have a problem at work or in my studies, I will look for a solution and ask for help when necessary. This is the first conditional. If I had more opportunities and resources, I would continue studying languages and improve my skills in logistics and entrepreneurship. This is the second conditional.
