From Page to Screen-Authors and Adaptations Part 1

In part one of From Page to Screen, The British TV Watchlist looks at crime and mystery authors whose books became hit British television. We cover Arthur Conan Doyle, Agatha Christie, Ann Cleeves, P.D. James, Caroline Graham, Mick Herron, and Robert Galbraith. For each writer, we look at the books, the adaptations, and how viewers responded, from first-night audiences to worldwide reach and IMDb scores. Three more authors are waiting just behind them. Listen in, then tell us which adaptation beat the book. We appreciate any support of our podcast. Start with our Patreon site. You can also support us by shopping at Cozy Earth and Pins and Aces.
