S17 Ep348: The Paranormal Secret of the Livingston Hotel: A True Ghost Story, with Norman B!

Norman B.’s Terrifying Ghost Encounter at the Livingston Hotel! What happens when you spend the night in a historic hotel, encounter a mysterious presence in your room, and discover the next morning that the train you heard passing outside hasn't run for decades? For radio personality and podcast host Norman B., this wasn't the plot of a supernatural thriller. It was a real-life paranormal experience that left him and his girlfriend questioning everything they thought they knew about ghosts. Welcome to another spine-tingling installment of Byte-sized Blessings, where we explore true ghost stories, unexplained paranormal encounters, and the mysterious moments that make us wonder whether there is more to this world than meets the eye. In this special October Spookathon episode, Norman B. shares a chilling story from the late 1990s, when he and his girlfriend stopped for the night at the historic Livingston Hotel in Livingston, Montana. What began as an ordinary road trip quickly turned into an unforgettable encounter with what may have been a ghost. A Mysterious Woman, A Haunted Hotel, and Alice’s Room! The Livingston Hotel was a place frozen in another era. With its dark, cavernous lobby, oversized chandeliers, creaking metal elevator, and faded Victorian furnishings, the hotel seemed to belong to a different world. Then came Maj, the mysterious woman who greeted Norman and his girlfriend and led them to a room with an unusual warning. It was Alice’s room. And, according to Maj, if Alice happened to visit them during the night, they shouldn't worry. Alice was harmless and only visited people she felt comfortable with. At first, Norman and his girlfriend barely registered the strange comment. But after a night out exploring Livingston, they returned to their room, settled into bed, and fell asleep. Around three in the morning, something extraordinary happened. And yeah, here's the teaser...you'll just have to listen!! The Impossible Train: A Paranormal Mystery! As Norman and his girlfriend described the encounter, they mentioned that the ghostly presence had disappeared just as the train passed outside. Maj stopped them cold. The Livingston railway station had been closed for more than 20 years. So what had they heard? What had shaken the windows? And who—or what—had visited them in Alice's room that night? Was this a genuine ghost sighting? Could the mysterious laughter, the sensation of moving air, and the phantom train have been connected to the hotel's past? Or was something even stranger happening? Norman shares his extraordinary story with humor, warmth, and remarkable composure. His account is a fascinating addition to the world of true paranormal stories and unexplained supernatural encounters. Why Listen To This Paranormal Podcast Episode?
