Summer Camp Stories (feat. Terrance Price)

Todd and Julie Chrisley are joined by a very special guest this week, Terrance Price, who spent time with Todd in what they affectionately call “Summer Camp.” If you've heard Todd talk about his time in Pensacola, you know he has plenty of stories, and having Terrance there to fill in the details makes this conversation even better. From Todd running their dorm like he was in charge of the whole operation to Terrance getting everybody hooked on his books, these three revisit some memories that are every bit as funny as they are unforgettable. But beyond the laughs, Todd and Terrance share a deeper look at what life was really like inside, the problems they witnessed, and the ways they tried to look out for the people around them. Todd talks about standing up to prison staff, helping other inmates get access to resources and education, and why his biggest frustrations were never with the people serving time alongside him. They also explain how living through that experience together created a kind of friendship and camaraderie that's hard to understand unless you've been there yourself. And of course, there's plenty of classic Todd along the way, including the rules he had for his crew, the infamous fire alarm antics, and the memories of sharing what little they had during the holidays. Plus, the conversation ends with a very important debate about watermelon. Terrance has become a meaningful part of the Chrisley family, and this episode is a reminder that even in the hardest circumstances, genuine friendships can come from the most unexpected places.
