The Tension of Trust: Navigating Spiritual Leadership

In this episode of the LeaderCast, Jimmy responds to Drew’s question about how to faithfully follow the Spirit’s leading while also honoring the wisdom and experience God has already cultivated in us. Together, they explore the tension between waiting on the Lord and acting with confidence, and how discerning God’s will doesn’t mean abandoning what He’s already taught us. This conversation offers a grounded, thoughtful look at spiritual leadership, decision-making, and the interplay of trust, timing, and preparation.
