FORGOTTEN ISLAND (2026) MOVIE REVIEW - CINEGEEKS SIT & TALK

For this Sit & Talk at James Diner in Marikina City, we dig into DreamWorks’ Forgotten Island and ask a trickier question: does its Filipino representation actually feel Filipino, or does it sometimes feel like one giant Pinoy-bait video? We also talk about its largely American and Fil-Am creative perspective, the voice casting, and whether some characters would've been better served by more Filipino and Fil-Am actors.
