The Church in Laodicea believes that they are standing rightly before God, yet they have drifted into a lukewarm Christianity. Jesus’ words are hard to swallow, but his discipline is given in love with a desire to see the drifting repent. Sermon by Andrew Grills

The Church in Philadelphia appears to be one of weakness by all worldly standards, yet they are praised for their patient and faithful endurance for the sake of Christ. It is by the power of Jesus that Christians can hold fast and persevere in the face of opposition. Sermon by Andrew Grills

The Church in Sardis is one that appears to be thriving and on fire for Jesus, but the truth is devastating - they are dead. We must never seek truth and life outside of the gospel of Christ, or fall into a sleepy Christianity. The ones who wake up and repent find their find secure in the book of life before the Lord. Sermon by Matt Keller

The Church in Thyatira has a group of people who are being led astray towards sexual immorality and idolatry. Jesus sees all hearts and minds, none are hidden from him, and he will give to each according to their works. His message is clear - repent, and hold fast to the truth. Sermon by Andrew Grills

The Church in Pergamum is situated in a place of great spiritual warfare and persecution, and though they hold fast to Jesus, the lies of false teaching are starting to creep in to the church. We need to remember that there is life only through Jesus, and not accept any other message. Sermon by Dave Chiswell
