Ep 53 - Still Broke

Send me a message! Money woes continue.  Still plenty to do, but unfortunately they all cost money.  I'm still planning out what I'd need to do in the future so when the money arrives, I can pull the trigger and get back to work.   Spirits are much higher this week which makes everything a bit easier.   Signed a new lease, but tenant hasn't paid security deposit yet, so may not be reason to celebrate yet.
