Ep 55 - Elevators, Signs & Stuff

Chugging along here with Thunderbird, some housekeeping stuff I've been putting off is getting done.  New marketing campaign is in full swing.  Lenders getting called and so far all rejections, but to be expected.  Close on a new tenant, was hoping to get a signed lease before the show.   Overall it's been nice to have a bit of breathing room, starting to feel normal again which is amazing.  Still have a lot of work cut out for this deal, but I feel very in control of that portion of this deal.
