Ep 56 - Moving Backwards

Welp sometimes in life, you move backwards.  Something I never gave thought to, but we lost 2 tenants in the matter of days.  $1,678 in revenue is no longer coming in, and thats a bummer.  Now I have to get 2 suites rented just to get back to where we were. And now, with the poor lead flow, seems like a monumental task.   I'll have to change the FB Marketplace approach, and go back to making ads for individual spaces without AI.  I'm thinking maybe AI written posts are getting pushed less?  Not sure, because we're paying to get boosted, but it's the only thing I can think of.   Got some return ducting installed in 2 rooms on the first floor, 4 LED panel lights and dimmer switch installed for my tenant that just signed a year lease, and started closing up one of the suites.  Some moves got made on the financing portion as well.  That's a very detailed summary for you, and now it's over.
