Kindness is hot, (that's kind of a problem)

Have you ever been in a situation when you thought:  “Okay, this person is definitely flirting with me,”- but it turns out, they were just being nice? Admit it, we’ve all been there.  Someone shows us kindness, and all of a sudden, we’re convinced they’re in love with us. It has become so unusual, even rare, for people to show kindness and expect nothing in return- that when someone goes out of their way, or above and beyond, we immediately assume that we must be getting married, or that they’re an axe murderer waiting to kill us.
