Teen Murderer Christa Pike Is AWAKE!

Tennessee Murderer Christa Pike is alive and able to speak after her lawyers believed she would be taken off life support and pass away. Pike's lawyers said she regained consciousness on Tuesday and has swollen arms and hands. They also say she has pneumonia. Pike received the death penalty for the 1995 murder of Colleen Slemmer. Pike's attorneys argued that all evidence of the botched execution should be preserved in a hearing on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy has the details and the latest on Pike's condition in this episode of Crime Fix — a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.
