Homecoming: Kara Robinson

To give thanks in November, join us for the special Homecoming limited series, where Vanessa Richardson brings you the story of someone who disappeared...and found their way back. Our first episode covers the kidnapping of 15-year-old Kara Robinson, who was abducted at gunpoint on June 24, 2002, from a friend's front yard outside Columbia, South Carolina, and held for eighteen hours in a stranger's apartment. Rather than shut down, she memorized everything: mail, serial numbers, doctor's names...and escaped the next morning by unscrewing her restraints with her teeth. The information she provided led investigators to Richard Marc Evonitz and closed three unsolved murders in Virginia. If you’re new here, don’t forget to follow Crime House 24/7 to never miss a case!
