Crush City

Linda and Sandra discussing what crushing looks like during a pandemic. As usual, they are having very different experiences.

Sandra is about to go on a date and Linda is about to have a visitor. Apologies for the static in Sandra's microphone. She promises she will attempt to fix it before we record again. Also, we recorded this a while ago. Time is meaningless.

We talk about Linda's current Chicago phone crush and Sandra's podcast dream guy. Special guest Harry joins the pod and bestows us with a great new term: crushtomers. Other topics include the fantasy of dating people who become legal guardians of children, Sandra's high school crush tragedies, penpal dating, and being each other's therapist.

We're back after a healthy break. We talk about our crushes of the week, our expectations for getting set up, Halloween and sexy costumes, and what professions make for the best relationship material. Check out http://opentablenashville.org/event and http://thecontributor.org/ for more information on the events we discussed. Our theme music is titled Wholesome and is provided by Kevin Macleod.

Linda catches us up on her attempts at meeting the dentist and Sandra talks about all the dating tips she has recently learned. We then talk sexy fictional dads. Note to self: in the future, let’s do a whole episode on sexy dads.
