I have started a new corporate interview project for Japanese companies that want to connect with Japanese-speaking international talent. In this episode, I explain why I created the service, drawing on my own experience working in Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos. Job listings can show salary, location, and responsibilities, but they rarely reveal how a company thinks, what kind of people it wants to hire, or how it works with foreign employees. Through online interviews with business owners and HR professionals, I hope to introduce Japanese companies in a more personal and meaningful way to listeners around the world.
