Perhaps something has disappointed you, perhaps you are waiting for an answer, or perhaps you have begun wondering what your future looks like. God has not forgotten you. Spoken Prayer Father, at the middle of this day, bring us to a quieter place in our hearts. Some of us have already experienced disappointment, delay or a conversation that did not go as we hoped. Some are wondering what the future holds. Your Word speaks of plans for welfare and not for harm, plans to give us hope and a future. Let that promise turn our eyes back towards You. I pray for the United States, Kenya, Hungary, Australia, Rwanda and the Netherlands. Meet people who are asking whether their situation can change, whether their prayers matter, or whether there is still something ahead worth hoping for. Señor, dame esperanza. Senhor, dá-me esperança. Panginoon, bigyan Mo ako ng pag-asa. Jesus, our hope is not simply confidence that everything will happen exactly as we want. Our hope is rooted in You. Holy Spirit, help us trust God’s character when we cannot yet see God’s answer. Where disappointment has narrowed our vision, open our hearts again. Where waiting has made us weary, give us patience without allowing despair to settle in. Father, remind us that a difficult chapter is not the whole story. You are still God when circumstances are unfinished. You are still faithful when the answer has not arrived. You are still near when the future feels hidden. So at midday, we release the pressure to understand everything. We receive the grace to continue. Jesus, hold our future in Your hands and teach us to walk today without being imprisoned by yesterday or frightened by tomorrow. Let hope rise again, not because life is predictable, but because You are faithful. Amen. Blessing May the Lord renew your hope and remind you that your future remains safely in His hands. Señor, dame esperanza. Senhor, dá-me esperança. Panginoon, bigyan Mo ako ng pag-asa. Amen About This Prayer This midday prayer is for anyone facing disappointment, uncertainty or a season of waiting. Jeremiah 29:11 points the heart towards hope and God’s faithfulness while keeping Jesus at the centre of our confidence.
