"The problem is I've had better." How good does bún chả have to be to impress someone from Hanoi? I'm back in Hanoi filming Vietnam Explained for VTV, and I've dragged my colleagues Luan and Trang out for lunch between recordings. We're trying one of Hanoi's most famous dishes, bún chả. I already think this little restaurant is fantastic, but Luan has some surprisingly high standards!
