Building the Catacomb Church - Episode 5. Embracing Suffering

Why is suffering such an important aspect of building a strong foundation in Christ amidst a world that is so turbulent and opposed to an Orthodox Christian worldview?  "Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong."
