Who's The Champion: 1984 Hip Hop Season

I'm doing a league, no more who is the best, who is the goat, etc. etc. We are treating Hip Hop like a sport, each year is a season, we are taking Albums, Songs, Videos, Features, Impact all into consideration FOR THAT YEAR ONLY Not what you eventually did, what happened when it happened, and the Calendar matters, if you dropped near the end of the year, welp ... see you next year We are doing 1984 to 1997 ... lets have some fun!
