In the Belgian Congo, safari guide Sam Kelly joins an official expedition into dangerous jungle territory controlled by Hammer, a fugitive white ruler whose influence over a remote tribe has made him a serious outlaw. Harry Bartell stars as Kelly, with Jack Kruschen as Hammer; the script was by Antony Ellis and Gil Doud, and Norman Macdonnell directed.
