Lori’s Great American Road Trip

After escaping her first Maine winter as an official snowbird, Lori set off on a six-week road trip across America. Twenty-six states later, she’s back with tales of breathtaking national parks, roadside oddities, alien-themed businesses, blue meth candy, and a car that insisted on coffee breaks. Lori reveals which national landmark unexpectedly made her cry, why the Grand Canyon reminded her of Fenway Park, and how a private museum tour with a woman named Carol completely changed their itinerary. Brett contributes his expert knowledge of National Treasure, unpaid parking fees, and the geography he learned from Carmen Sandiego. It’s part travelogue, part geography lesson, and part cautionary tale about telling Brett you visited a place called Barizona. Drop us a line!
