Description
On this week’s show, we’re getting ready for the 2026 Upland Bird Hunting Season. Jared Wiklund from Pheasants Forever joins the podcast to talk about pheasant numbers across the Midwest, gives us some tips on gear to look at for this season, and has some new places for Bret and Tiny to go hunt this year. Bret and Dan start the show with some interesting duck numbers and a story of a couple of US Fish and Wildlife officers getting assaulted. Joe Henry talks about the Professional Musky Tournament Trail championship happening this weekend at Lake of the Woods.
