<p>imposter syndrome is a psychological phenomenon in which you feel like you don't deserve your accomplishments. you might feel like you don't belong, don't deserve your success, or are "out of place". you might even be constantly worried others will expose you as a fraud. more than likely, you've experienced imposter syndrome at some point in your life. anytime you are growing or experiencing something new, you may feel this. since imposter syndrome will more than likely keep occurring (because we are always growing), it's better to learn how to deal with it rather than run from it. in this episode, ri shares her most recent encounter with imposter syndrome and how she's dealing with it. plus a new way to look at the psychological phenomenon.&nbsp;</p>
