All or Nothing? Is it really helping

Be honest should be easy, and if you are familiar with the old honest Abe quote, "I cannot tell a lie,"  then you probably have grown up with the the belief that honesty is the best policy. Though honesty should be easy, perhaps it's even easier to lie to ourselves. For many people perpetuating a lie to oneself is the proverbial hamster wheel, and once on it, getting off is not an option. If you are finding yourself "stuck" in a job, relationship, living arrangement, or even a financial situation that you want to change, then I'm here to be honest with you, even if you aren't ready to be honest with yourself.
