What Turning 50 Taught Me about Confidence, Self-Worth and Letting Go

Welcome back to Glo From The Inside Out. In this week's solo episode I talk about that I can't believe I am actually 50. What a year it's been so far and how much I have achieved.  I finally feel confident in the skin I am in, my business even when there are low days. I feel confident talking in front of people. I finally believe in myself and the journey I am on. But it's not been easy.  Building self worth has been key in my journey.  I finally believe I deserve an amazing life, success and to live a joyful life.  Letting go of people pleasing, letting go of failures, friendships and my past. I feel the most free I have felt in my life. Its still a work in progress and I have a way to go. But turning 50 has been a turning point for me.
