Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1.You do not have to see it. You just have to speak it, believe it, and act on it.In this episode of Good News with Socrates, Bishop Socrates Charos teaches from Hebrews 11 — the hall of faith chapter — and shows you how every major figure in Scripture acted on faith before they could see the outcome. Enoch walked with God and was taken to heaven without seeing death. Noah built the ark for something he had not yet experienced. Abraham obeyed and went out not knowing where he was going. And Socrates himself received a ministry of healing by faith — and people began to rise from comas, receive new hearts, and be healed from cancer.Faith is how you please God. Faith is how God moves. And today Socrates teaches you how to start your faith engine. In this episode:• Hebrews 11:1: faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen• Without faith it is impossible to please God — Hebrews 11:6• Enoch pleased God and was taken to heaven without seeing death• Noah built the ark by faith for things not yet seen• Abraham obeyed and went out not knowing where he was going — and God provided• Socrates receives the ministry of healing by faith and people are healed from cancer and raised from coma• Sunday healing services in Clearwater: miracles happen and prayer is free• Speak by faith: your mouth is the biggest tool you have — stronger than any weapon• Prophesy good things over your children, your family, your city, and your nation• You do not have to see it — speak it, believe it, and it will come• Faith and prophecy work together: speak life and walk in what you declare• Your mouth creates your destiny and destroys the work of the enemySubscribe for new episodes every Friday.linktr.ee/socratescharos#goodnewswithsocrates #socratescharos #hebrews11 #faithisthesubstance #withoutfaith #bibleteaching #wordoffaith #christianpodcast #propheticteaching #charismatic0:00 Today we teach on faith: what it is and how to use it0:49 Opening prayer: bringing heaven down to earth2:36 Without faith it is impossible to please God3:07 Hebrews 11:1: faith is the substance of things hoped for4:09 Hebrews 11:3: the worlds were framed by the Word of God5:03 Hebrews 11:5: Enoch pleased God and was taken without seeing death5:32 Hebrews 11:7: Noah warned of things not yet seen and built the ark7:36 Hebrews 11:8: Abraham obeyed and went out not knowing where he was going8:23 If God tells you to go somewhere — go, you do not have to see it first8:50 Socrates receives the ministry of healing by faith9:12 People healed from cancer and raised from coma in Jesus name10:08 Sunday healing services in Clearwater — free prayer for all11:22 Faith is the substance — sickness comes from hell, healing comes from heaven12:12 Speak by faith: believe it and it will come down the road13:05 Prophesy over your children: they will serve the Lord13:59 Faith and prophecy work together: speak it and create your destiny14:47 Your mouth is the biggest tool you have — stronger than any bomb15:31 Faith is powerful: ask God, love God, help each other16:00 Speak good things to your family, friends, enemies, and nation16:54 Thank you to Philip, Benjamin in Atlanta, and the ministry teamSocrates is on a mission to spread the love of Jesus to the nations.
