Life Advice From The Internet

The internet is full of life advice about how to make the most of your 20s, but how much of it is actually helpful when you're living through them? In this episode, I'm going through some of the best advice I've seen online and figuring out what's actually worth listening to, what's easier said than done, and how I'd apply it to real life. I talk about comparing yourself to other people, celebrating your friends' wins, learning how to spend time alone, knowing when to walk away from a relationship, people pleasing, being okay with disappointing people, why good manners still matter, and finally doing the thing you keep putting off.
