Key Take-away: The most viable solution for abortion is to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Abortion is recommended in cases where it threatens the mother's life, or where the foetus isn't compatible with life. There are a myriad of complications involved with unsafe abortions such as: infections, perforated uterus, excavated womb, loss of menstruation, severe bleeding, shock, death, tetanus in the womb, ruptured sack, infected vaginal walls, etc.
