Meghan Ory (Hallmark's The Spirit of Halloween - Actor)

Meghan Ory has played plenty of Hallmark heroines, but Everly Stone might be her first Scrooge. In THE SPIRIT OF HALLOWEEN, a Halloween-themed spin on A Christmas Carol, Everly is a bridal designer who wants nothing to do with the holiday after an old heartbreak at the town’s fire-station party. Then three mischievous spirits take her through one unforgettable night, with longtime friend Beau Madison (Kevin McGarry) still carrying a spark from their past.Meghan talks about what it’s like to play the one resisting the joy, and what she and Kevin did, and discovered along the way, to bring the sparks for Everly and Beau right from the very beginning. With Countdown to Christmas just around the corner, she shares why Everly and Beau’s love story is worth rooting for, even for viewers hoping for that Christmas-movie romance feel.We also get into the cast of ghosts, Everly’s dynamic with her co-worker, what about Everly’s story she thinks will really resonate with audiences beyond the costumes, the time travel, and the romance, and what it was like shooting that ending.THE SPIRIT OF HALLOWEEN premieres Saturday, October 10 at 8/7c on Hallmark Channel and streams the next day on Hallmark+.Be sure to check out my interview with co-star Kevin McGarry also:    • Kevin McGarry: Reacting to Weekend WCTH Ne...  #MeghanOry #TheSpiritOfHalloween #KevinMcGarry #HallmarkChannel #HallmarkHalloween #HallmarkPlus
