Do you feel like you lost yourself in a relationship? Do you miss who you were before the heartbreak and wonder if you'll ever feel like yourself again? Do you love God but feel disconnected from Him because of shame from your past? I’m glad you’re here. This podcast helps Christian young women rebuild their identity in Christ after toxic relationships so they can:  Heal emotionally  Regain confidence  Stop defining themselves by who they loved or what they endured Each episode delivers biblical truth, faith-led guidance, and practical steps to help you reconnect with God, restore your worth, and become emotionally grounded and secure again. Hey, I’m Morgan Fowler, a Christian Healing Coach, helping women break soul ties, heal from toxic relationships, and rebuild their identity in Christ. I'm also a wife, follower of Christ, and a woman who knows what it feels like to lose herself in a relationship. I tried to move on by distracting myself, seeking validation, and pretending I was fine. I kept asking God to heal me while still carrying shame, confusion, and a broken sense of identity. Everything changed when I stopped trying to find myself in relationships and allowed God to rebuild me from the inside out. I learned to: • Heal emotionally • Release guilt and shame • Rebuild my identity through Christ Not by expecting perfection, but by believing God’s truth. I became confident, grounded, and secure in who God created me to be. If you are a Christian young woman who: • Lost herself in a toxic relationship • Struggles with confidence and self-worth • Feels disconnected from who she used to be • Wants healing rooted in Scripture • Desires to walk in confidence before dating again This podcast is for you. Open your Bible, take a breath, and let God remind you who you are - one episode at a time.

32 | FEELING OVERWHELMED & STRESSED? How to Stop Spiraling, Let Go & Trust God
In this episode, I’m getting really honest about a season of life where I’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and stretched thin. Between the podcast, coaching, my Mary Kay business, marriage, family, and everything else God has entrusted me with, I’ve found myself trying to keep up with everything while also putting a lot of pressure on myself to constantly show up. I also share openly about being diagnosed with PMDD and how the brain fog, anxiety, low energy, and emotional changes have affected the way I’ve been able to show up in my everyday life. But through all of this, God has been teaching me something really important: I don’t have to control everything. I’m learning what it actually means to steward what God has given me, choose wisdom instead of letting my feelings lead me, recognize when I’m spiraling, and give myself grace without using grace as an excuse to stop doing what God has called me to do. I also share a simple reminder that has been helping me recognize when I’m not in the best place to make decisions: HALT — Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired — plus PMS for us ladies. This episode is very real, very personal, and honestly, not perfectly put together. But that’s the point. I don’t have everything figured out. I’m still healing, still learning, still growing, and still figuring out how to faithfully steward everything God has placed in my hands. And if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, exhausted, or like you’re trying to hold everything together, I hope this episode reminds you that you don’t have to do it all alone. God is still in control. If this episode encouraged you, I'd love for you to leave a review and share it with another woman who needs this reminder today. 31 | Healthy or Toxic? How to Tell
Have you ever looked back at a relationship and realized the red flags were there all along? Maybe you knew something wasn't right. You noticed the dishonesty, manipulation, disrespect, inconsistency, anger, or lack of accountability. You may have even had that gut feeling telling you something was wrong. So why do we stay? In this episode of Her Redemption Story, we're talking about red flags in relationships, toxic relationship patterns, unhealthy relationships, emotional attachment, soul ties, and biblical discernment. Sometimes we don't ignore red flags because we're foolish. We ignore them because we desperately want to be loved, chosen, or believe that someone will change. We can become attached to someone's potential instead of accepting their character for what it really is. And when you're emotionally attached, it can become difficult to see a relationship clearly. You may start making excuses, ignoring warning signs, accepting behavior you once said you would never tolerate, or confusing emotional intensity with love. But what happens when you stop letting your emotions make the decision? What does the Bible say about recognizing someone's character? How do you know when God is warning you? And how can you learn to recognize red flags before you're deeply attached? In this episode, we'll talk about: • Red flags in relationships you shouldn't ignore • Why you keep ignoring red flags • Toxic relationship patterns and unhealthy behavior • How low self-worth and the desire to be chosen can affect your decisions • Soul ties and emotional attachment • Why you may be dating someone's potential instead of their character • The difference between chemistry and compatibility • How to recognize God's warnings and biblical discernment • What healthy relationships and green flags actually look like • How to trust God when walking away feels difficult If you've ever asked yourself, “Why do I keep choosing the wrong people?” “Why do I ignore red flags?” “How do I know if a relationship is toxic?” or “How do I know if God is telling me to leave?”, this episode is for you. Missing the red flags in your past doesn't mean you're doomed to repeat the same mistakes. **God can heal your heart, renew your mind, and teach you to walk in wisdom instead of confusion. You don't have to be afraid of love. You don't have to settle for unhealthy relationships. And you don't have to ignore what God is showing you. Sometimes the red flags weren't hidden. You just weren't ready to see them. 🩵Ready for personalized support? 30 | I Finally Saw What Addiction Took From Me
I didn’t realize how much of my life I was missing until I got sober. For years, addiction had me chasing the next high instead of actually experiencing the life happening right in front of me. I could be physically present, but mentally somewhere else. Then something happened that made me realize just how much God had changed me. I went on a family vacation to watch my seven-year-old niece play in the World Series, and for the first time, I experienced a family vacation completely sober. And it hit me. I was actually there. I was enjoying my family. I was noticing the little things. I was sitting in peace. I wasn't looking for something to escape into. I was finally experiencing my own life, at an unfamiliar and fun place like the beach and with my family! In this episode, I'm sharing what this moment taught me about addiction recovery, sobriety, being present, finding peace, and allowing God to restore the parts of your life that addiction tried to steal. We talk about: My first family vacation sober after addiction What addiction taught me about constantly chasing the next high Why being physically present doesn't always mean you're actually present How sobriety has changed the way I experience my life Learning to sit in silence and peace Why peace can feel uncomfortable when you're used to chaos Letting God strip away the things keeping you from experiencing life Finding joy in ordinary moments What I've learned through my recovery journey Encouragement for anyone struggling with addiction or trying to maintain sobriety If you're struggling with addiction recovery, sobriety, sober living, or feeling disconnected from your own life, I hope my story reminds you that you aren't too far gone. God can restore what addiction tried to take from you. He can teach you how to slow down. How to be present. How to experience peace. And how to actually see the life He's given you. 🤍 You don't have to spend the rest of your life chasing something that never satisfies you. Including the phone and any other indulgences! There is a life waiting for you on the other side of addiction. And sometimes, you don't realize how beautiful it is until you finally become present enough to see it. 29 | Who Are You Becoming? The Question Every Christian Should Ask
Have you ever felt like you're trying so hard to change...but somehow you keep ending up in the same place? In today's episode, I'm sharing two of the biggest things God has used to completely transform my life. We'll talk about why you don't need to erase every reminder of your past, how God often tells His people to remember His faithfulness, and why keeping the right reminders can strengthen your faith instead of keeping you stuck. I'm also sharing the importance of intentionally learning from people who are living the kind of life you're praying for. The voices you listen to matter, and who you choose to learn from can either pull you closer to Christ or farther away from Him. I'll even share one of the most impactful things my husband did that challenged me to become the woman God was calling me to be, along with the yearly questions I use to honestly evaluate my life and stay focused on who I'm becoming. If you're tired of staying the same and you're ready to grow into the woman God created you to be, this episode is for you. In this episode, we'll cover: • Why remembrance is a biblical practice • How to know what to keep and what to let go of • The importance of Godly mentors and voices • The exercise that challenged both my husband and me • The mid-year reflection questions I use to stay aligned with God If this episode encouraged you, I'd love for you to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with a friend who needs this reminder today. ♡ 🩵Ready for personalized support?
