101. Self-Doubt, Starting Again, and Why I'm Back Behind the Mic

Have you ever stepped away from something you love, only to wonder whether you still need the pause or you're afraid to begin again? We are back, baby! After 100 episodes of Her.Unlocked, I took an intentional break to create more capacity in my life and business. What I thought would be a few months turned into almost two years. In this first episode back, I'm sharing what happened during that time and the honest questions I had to ask about the beliefs keeping me away from the mic. From wondering whether anyone would listen to reconsidering the feedback I'd received about my voice, this return has meant getting clear about how I want to use this platform. I'm also sharing why subconscious work matters to me, how my faith shapes my approach, and how working with my own patterns helped me feel more open to an unexpected move with my family. Before we get into the story, I'll invite you into a brief breath and body-awareness practice. My hope is that this podcast becomes a space for both self-reflection and self-connection, with room to pause, notice what you're carrying, and consider what comes next. Tune in to hear: Why I stepped away after 100 episodes, even though the podcast still mattered to me. The questions that helped me recognize self-doubt beneath my repeated delays. How old feedback about my voice connected to the fear of showing up again. What taking responsibility means when you cannot control your circumstances. How I experienced faith, uncertainty, and openness during a major family decision. What I want to bring into this next chapter of Her.Unlocked.
