Peter T. Pontsa - Measure of Morality

When an accountant is murdered after accidentally receiving confidential records of illicit financial transactions, RCMP Inspector William Fox is drawn into an investigation that quickly unravels into a far-reaching criminal conspiracy. What begins as a single homicide exposes a network driven by fentanyl trafficking, cybercrime, illegal gambling, and billions laundered through Bitcoin fraud. As William digs deeper, his brother Jamey, a fearless paraplegic investigative journalist, uncovers evidence that puts him in the crosshairs of a powerful Triad leader. With assassins closing in, William must protect his brother while confronting a conspiracy that reaches from Toronto's streets to the highest levels of organized crime, stretching from China to North America. In a world where loyalty is bought and justice comes at a cost, William will do whatever it takes to stop a ruthless criminal empire from destroying his family.
