Creating a Regenerative Village | Ep 101

What does it take to build a life — and a village — that actually is regenerative and reflects those values? Luna Mangan is a somatic sexologist and co-steward at Traditional Dream Factory (TDF), the regenerative, tokenized village in Portugal’s Alentejo co-founded by her partner, Samuel Delesque. Luna traces her move from designing five-star hotels in London to building community rooted in the body, the land, and the long term. Together they explore why so much truth lives below the mind, and how choosing where and how we live becomes a quiet act of resilience. In this episode: Somatic sexology: why the body holds what talk alone can’t reach Leaving burnout behind for a more aligned way to live and work Inside TDF: a regenerative village built on stewardship, not ownership How blockchain and tokens can value time and care, not only money Burning Man–inspired principles: inclusivity, consent, leaving a positive trace Consent as a lens for how we spend our time, energy, and attention A conversation for anyone drawn to belonging, intention, and a different blueprint for home.
