The Real Housewives of Orange County continue their Tokyo adventure, where the sightseeing is bizarre, the friendships are complicated, and the women are apparently slapping each other for fun. Between a visit to the Muscle Girls Bar, feeding capybaras, and a traditional Japanese tea ceremony, Tamra, Shannon, and Heather find time for a particularly ridiculous game of forehead slapping. But not everyone is having such a good time. Back home, Carmella is struggling with her health concerns and missing the trip, while Shannon faces questions about her friendship with Vicki, particularly after learning Vicki invited Alexis onto her podcast. Meanwhile, Tamra is still deeply hurt by Vicki's past comments about her daughter, and the tension finally boils over. As the women hit the streets in go-karts and gather for sushi, Tamra confronts Vicki about their painful history. Shannon offers some unexpected comfort, Jenn gets involved, and Vicki struggles to take responsibility for her words.
