Drawn to technology, he studied computer science and had a career at 3 of the “Big 4,” where he eventually worked in global mobility and workforce planning while also traveling extensively around the world. He saw firsthand how repetitive and manual many global mobility processes still wereDuring his years in corporate, Benjamin had an experience that would shape him forever:he was wrongfully arrested in London because he matched a written description. He was held in a jail cell for almost 24 hours, and while there he started to reflect on the systems, biases, and the ways institutions impact peoples’ lives.
