Years after initially applying, her family unexpectedly received notice for a US immigration interview in Moscow and ultimately immigrated as green card holders through a now-defunct immigration program.That experience shaped Irina’s entire career - she became an immigration lawyer, and eventually focused her practice explicitly on EB-5 visas and the broader world of investment-based immigration strategy and compliance.
