Description
Sarah Sarkis spent years studying what goes wrong in people. Forensic psychology, the jail system, the minds of serial killers. Then she realized she had never once learned what happens when everything goes right.
Today she helps leaders and executive teams understand what is happening beneath the surface. In this conversation we talk about the teachers she didn’t choose: grief, doubt, aloneness and fear. We talk about losing her mother, being a C student who called herself a reformed slacker, and why the most important work is always an inside job.
“You don’t meet confidence at the start. It greets you at the end.”
