Potholes Don't Care about Party Affiliation: Inside City Leadership and City Management

What does it really take to lead a growing city? On this episode of Inside The Colony, host Brant Shallenburger, Deputy City Manager, sits down with Mayor Richard Boyer and City Manager Troy Powell for a wide-ranging conversation about their roles and why they chose them, what a city can and cannot do, and what sets The Colony apart from other municipalities.
