The Hidden Energy Blocking Your Next Level

What if the thing keeping you from your next level isn't your strategy, but an identity, habit, or pattern you can't see on your own? In this episode of Inside The Speakeasy, Eric Berman sits down with Candice Van Dertholen, founder of The Warrior Within Healing, international speaker, retreat facilitator, and private advisor, for a powerful conversation about what happens when successful entrepreneurs become disconnected from who they are becoming. Eric and Candice explore the importance of active listening, authentic positioning, community, receiving support, identity, and creating intentional space to reconnect with yourself and your business. Key Takeaways:   → Entrepreneurs can become so immersed in their businesses that they struggle to recognize their own patterns and blind spots. → Entering conversations looking for genuine connection instead of immediately looking for a client can completely change the quality of the relationship. → Understanding what someone actually needs allows you to guide the conversation in a way that feels relevant instead of transactional. → What you want people to know about you today may be different from what you needed them to know in an earlier season. → Fear of losing your reputation or being forgotten can make entrepreneurs hesitant to step into something new.
