Aam Baat- Episode 8 : Condition Applies: ईश्वर की 'T&C'

Send us Fan Mail   When was the last time you visited a temple without asking for anything in return?  In today’s fast-paced rat race, prayer has often turned into just another item on our daily checklist. We hold on tight to rituals while completely missing the deeper philosophy behind them. With every offering in a sacred Havan, we utter "Idam Na Mama" ("This is not mine")—yet we sit there with a long wishlist of desires.  In this episode, we dive into the unwritten "Terms & Conditions" of faith and life that we often forget to read:  Rule 1: God becomes your guide, not your substitute warrior—you must pick up the bow yourself.  Rule 2: Build a relationship with the Divine, not a business deal.  Rule 3: Ask for wisdom over material desires ( featuring an inspiring story of Swami Vivekananda and Goddess Kali).  Rule 4: Trust His "No" as much as you trust His "Yes".  Stop chasing temporary toys when you can hold the hand of the creator. Tune in to explore the true meaning of devotion, karma, and inner strength!   क्या आपने कभी सोचा है कि आख़िरी बार आप बिना कुछ माँगे मंदिर कब गए थे?  आज की तेज़-तर्रार भागदौड़ में, प्रार्थना अक्सर हमारी दैनिक टू-डू लिस्ट का महज़ एक काम बनकर रह गई है। हम धर्म के कर्मकांड को तो मज़बूती से पकड़ लेते हैं, लेकिन उसके पीछे के गहरे दर्शन को पूरी तरह भूल जाते हैं। पवित्र हवन की हर आहुति के साथ हम "इदं न मम" (यह मेरा नहीं है) कहते हैं—फिर भी हम ख़वाहिशों की एक लंबी सूची लेकर वहाँ बैठते हैं।  इस एपिसोड में, हम आस्था और जीवन की उन अलिखित 'शर्तों' (Terms & Conditions) की गहराई में उतरते हैं जिन्हें हम अक्सर पढ़ना भूल जाते हैं:  नियम 1: ईश्वर आपके मार्गदर्शक बनते हैं, आपकी जगह लड़ने वाले योद्धा नहीं—धनुष आपको ख़ुद ही उठाना होगा।  नियम 2: ईश्वर के साथ रिश्ता जोड़िए, कोई व्यापारिक सौदा नहीं।  नियम 3: भौतिक इच्छाओं के बजाय सद्बुद्धि माँगिए (स्वामी विवेकानंद और माँ काली का एक प्रेरक क़िस्सा)।  नियम 4: ईश्वर की "ना" पर भी उतना ही भरोसा रखिए जितना उनकी "हाँ" पर रखते हैं।        Subscribe so you never miss an episode!  Please visit @kavivar.india at Instagram
