237 - The Hardest Fight of His Life Wasn’t in the UFC - Lance Gibson Sr

Former UFC fighter Lance Gibson Sr has lived a life that sounds like a movie. After someone tried to kill him… leaving him partially paralyzed, Lance rebuilt his body and eventually fought his way into the UFC.  Years later, grief, stress and alcohol pulled him into another battle, one that no amount of physical toughness could fix. Lance opens up about hitting rock bottom… multiple times…. And how he climbed out of the trenches. Today, Lance uses everything he went through to help other men.. who might look strong on the outside but are struggling internally… and helps them reconnect with who they really are. A powerful convo about resilience, masculinity, fatherhood, addiction, spirituality and turning the darkest chapters of your life into wisdom.
