Professor Casey Lucius, PhD is a former U.S. Navy Naval Intelligence Officer, U.S. diplomat, Naval War College professor, elected city council member, and Interim City Manager. Her career spans national security, diplomacy, academia, and local government—where leadership decisions have real, immediate consequences.
She is also the author of Vietnam’s Political Process and Scrappy Campaigning, blending academic rigor with lived leadership experience.
