228 - Will You Use Your Voice?

Welcome back to another leadership lesson in under five minutes. The ability to choose our leaders is both a privilege and a responsibility. With Election Day approaching, Gary offers a nonpartisan reminder that voting allows eligible citizens to influence leadership at the local, national, and global levels. In this episode, Gary encourages voters to take three important actions: Register — Confirm that you are eligible and prepared to participate. Educate Yourself — Learn about the candidates and issues on your ballot. Vote — Make a plan and use your opportunity to choose your leaders. Leadership affects our communities, our country, and the world. Choosing those leaders deserves our attention and participation. Challenge: If you are eligible to vote, take a few minutes today to review your ballot, confirm your polling plan, and make sure your voice is heard.
