Renee Good’s Family Sues Over Fatal ICE Shooting

Lichtman Live #269 Renee Good’s family is taking legal action over her fatal shooting by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer in Minneapolis. On October 1, 2026, her family filed two civil lawsuits against the federal government, the officer involved, and other Trump administration officials. One lawsuit alleges wrongful death and negligence, while the other alleges civil rights violations and a broader conspiracy involving federal officials. The allegations will be addressed through the legal process, and the defendants’ responses and the court proceedings will shape what happens next. The case raises significant questions about the use of force by federal immigration agents, government accountability, civil rights, and the ability of families to seek justice when a loved one dies during a federal enforcement operation. On Lichtman Live, Allan Lichtman examines the lawsuit, the legal and political implications, and what this case could mean for accountability within federal immigration enforcement. Will Renee Good’s family get their day in court—and what could this case mean for the future of ICE accountability? 🔔 Subscribe for more sharp insights on politics and history! 📅 LIVE Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 PM Eastern on YouTube! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyQx8dGfgcQ4WUhrKP0ORlQ/join Order Great American Presidents Here: https://www.amazon.com/Great-American-Presidents-Transformed-Presidency/dp/161088731X 📚 Order Conservative at the Core here: https://undpress.nd.edu/9780268210304/conservative-at-the-core/ 👕🫏Check out Dr. Lichtman’s Merch Shop!🐘🧢 https://allan-lichtman.printify.me/ Find all of our links here! 🔗 https://linktr.ee/allanlichtman #Trump #iceshooting #imigration #justice #LichtmanLive
