The October Content Update brings us plenty of repeat bosses, Spotlight Hours, and Max Battles. Our Professor’s Principle follows up on one from a few weeks ago. We previously discussed protecting your peace, by eliminating or distancing ourselves from people, situations, or environments that rob us of our energy. This week we find places to use that recovered energy. We discuss the concept of joy as a place, and how to find that place and spend time there. We struggle with giving ourselves the permission to slow down and enjoy our time in a place of joy, because of feelings like guilt or anxiety want to pull us away. Seeking out places where we feel most like ourselves, will put you in the path of joy.
