Davina McCall: Breast cancer and brain tumour, I thank my body every day for beating it

You might know telly LEGEND Davina McCall from Big Brother, but I grew up working out to her fitness DVDs in my student flat, lifting tins of baked beans 😂 This conversation had EVERYTHING! We got into her wild clubbing days and then sobriety to losing her sister Caroline, learning to start over and finding joy through life’s toughest moments. Davina opens up about an incredibly challenging couple of years, from discovering a brain tumour and undergoing surgery to then being diagnosed with breast cancer. We talk about grief, self-compassion and the importance of checking your boobs (or breast tissue!), going to your mammograms and speaking up about your health.
